It is hosted by the individual chapters or the Collective Induction Ceremony Committee. \nRooted in being a significant day for our emerging women and the community that esteems their worth and guided by mentor leaders\, a new cohort of First Ladies LeadHERS are surrounded by family and friends to set the tone for a transformative 21-week experience where purpose is nurtured\, and futures are shaped. \nTogether\, school\, faith and civic leaders champion the next generation of female leaders in the areas of family\, faith\, education\, government\, media\, arts\, entertainment\, business\, medicine\, technology\, and sports. With every code of honor spoken and every candle lit\, middle and high school rising women will receive small gifts representing their commitment to excellence. \n.It is our honor to invite you to this family and community affair.  \nOpen to the public.
