September: The Interview Day

The interview process is not only a critical step in the First Ladies college and career readiness pillars, but is also important for our rising leaders to develop “next level” professional soft skills required for success in the new AI era we live in.

The Interview Committee is intentional about breaking barriers and paving the way for a new generation of confident and empowered women in the workforce.

All students applying to First Ladies or the Jr. Conyers Rockdale Economic Development Council must have at least one family representative present on the Interview Day. Students will receive the interview schedule beforehand and will interview separately from their family member.

Attire: Business
